Capabilities Statements
This page provides two distinct capability statements from Permission Six Reclamation Systems Enterprise LLC (P6RSE). Each statement is written for clarity and audit-safe neutrality. They are related in discipline and method, but they serve different operational needs.
AI Governance Operations Standards (AiGOS) — Capabilities Statement
AiGOS is Permission Six’s deployable governance operations standard for organizations that build, deploy, operate, or procure AI-enabled systems. It is designed to make AI work audit-survivable by default: scope-locked, change-controlled, and evidence-producing as the work happens.
AiGOS provides a controlled, self-contained operational packet that:
Defines governance boundaries (what is in scope, what is not) and prevents uncontrolled drift
Establishes minimum control artifacts for AI operations and lifecycle governance
Implements change control discipline so updates are provable, reviewable, and reversible
Produces consistent evidence trails that support oversight, internal review, and external audit
AiGOS is not advisory language dressed up as governance. It is operational governance designed to be executed by real teams under real constraints—without slowing delivery. It is especially effective for modernization efforts and AI-heavy environments where standards exist but operational clarity and defensible evidence do not.
Continuity & Evidence Governance — Capabilities Statement
Continuity & Evidence Governance is Permission Six’s governance discipline for organizations that must sustain operational integrity across time, personnel turnover, modernization cycles, and oversight pressure. It is built to ensure that decisions, controls, and changes remain traceable and defensible—without relying on memory, personalities, or informal tribal knowledge.
P6RSE designs continuity and evidence systems that:
Preserve operational truth over time through structured documentation and controlled change
Maintain chain-of-custody posture for critical records, decisions, and supporting evidence
Reduce governance ambiguity by defining boundaries, responsibilities, and verification points
Enable repeatable review, audit readiness, and reliable continuity between teams and phases
This capability is not “recordkeeping.” It is a governance operating posture that turns organizational memory into a managed system—so execution remains stable, oversight responses remain consistent, and institutional knowledge does not decay.
